Five years ago I went through a spiritual awakening. Everything I thought I knew about myself, wellness, and the world shifted. I found myself at a crossroads where the version of myself that I was and who I had become were split. I was evolving.

I had to start over. I left my teaching career. Gave up outdated beliefs that weren’t serving me and chose to dive into coaching as a way to help heal and empower others to connect back to themselves and their purpose.
